The safety and well being of your fish is our main priority, they will be treated with respect and care throughout the entire process. We have over twenty years of experience in the handling of high quality Koi and other ornamental fish.We have access to large secure holding tanks which will be netted, aerated and if necessary filtered. The work will carried out in an efficient and organised fashion. By utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques it is possible in most circumstances to complete the entire task in under twelve hours. When the job is finished your fish will be returned to the pond and we will ensure that the system is operational and functioning properly.
We take great pride in leaving your property in a clean and tidy manner. All our nets, tanks, pumps and cleaning apparatus are thoroughly washed and sterilised with a mild disinfectant after each job. This is done to totally eliminate the possibility of disease or parasite cross contamination.
