I also have the amazing value for money, long reach Koi Handling nets back in stock.
Koi Socks are designed to catch and transfer fish with the least amount of stress to the fish (and you) as possible.
If you are stuck for a gift for dad this might be ideal.
The handle is 50cm long to provide extra reach without the need to bend over when scooping up or catching the fish.
Net is 30cm wide and 1m long with water drainage vents at the bottom. The handle is easily removed for storage or transportation.
We have all heard the much overused cliché “take care of the water and the fish will take care of themselves.” or “fish keeping is all about keeping water” and so on. Well there is a lot of truth in those sayings and there are huge amount of problems that develop in a Koi ponds that could easily be avoided by improving water conditions and reducing stress in the fish.
It’s all well and good just to assume that everything is ok with the water because everything appears to be ok with the fish and it has always been ok. But that view is naïve at best. Sooner or later something will change and a problem will ensue. The only way to know the state of the water is to test it with a proper test kit
pH Ammonia Nitrite & Oxygen Testing Kit. Sufficient to test aprx 30 times.
Excellent value for money bundled pack contains all you will need for a pond or aquarium.
A microscope is an essential piece of equipment for the Koi keeper. It allows you to easily identify fish parasites.
Stop the spread of an infection before it becomes a serious problem.
Once you have diagnosed a problem you can choose the most appropriate treatment and administer it without delay.
If you are at all unsure how to use a microscope you can find many helpful tips from YouTube. There are several videos that show you clearly the most common fish parasites and you will soon realize that this tool is actually very simple and easy to use.
We have now started stocking a new Microscope Kit that includes everything you need to carry out fish skin scrapes.
It is exceptional value for money and will be ideal as a first microscope as it is very simple to operate.
It is even supplied with its own secure carrying case!
We will also be posting weekly to my Facebook group. It has become a popular platform for people to discuss fish related topics, ask each other for advice and post pictures and so on. I regularly post special offers, small articles and videos.
