We have now moved to a counter service only

Due to the surging number of Covid-19 cases, to make it safer for both customers and our staff we have taken the decision to close our shop for browsing and operate from our counter at the front of the store. This means that it will not be possible to browse the livestock or dry goods areas, we will fetch any items you require to the counter. We will remain open for our normal hours until further notice. We are fully committed to providing our customers with all their essential pet supplies at this time, if you are unable to get to the store we can arrange local deliveries. We know this situation is not ideal and we thank you for your support at this difficult time. Our Opening hours are:

Monday – Saturday 9.30am- 5pm

Sunday 10am – 4.30pm

Home Delivery on Koi

Koi Shipping is safe. Fish are dispatched directly from our tanks.We pack them late afternoon and send them to our local APC courier office.The fish are sent on an overnight service arriving at the customers before 12.00 the next day.
